How I work.

I bring my open-mindedness, compassion, and honesty to our work together. I think the path towards healthier relationships is through increased understanding and curiosity about our own and others’ feelings & behaviors. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where experiences, feelings, and wishes can be expressed and traumas can be healed. As we make sense of our experiences, we gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of our self, which I believe leads to new possibilities towards living a more meaningful life.

My areas of expertise are in child, adolescent, and family work. My clinical training and experience has focused on child and family work using Mentalization-Based Treatment, Mindful and Reflective parenting, as well as play therapy and other creative interventions that incorporate art as a form of expression and connection.
